ELKINGTON, J.
Defendants William Lockett and Alberta Lockett (hereafter for convenience, “William” and “Alberta”), husband and wife, were each convicted, after a trial to the court, of the crime of conspiracy, 1 a felony (Pen. Code, § 182), to violate Welfare and Institutions Code section 11482, and of 10 misdemeanor counts of violation of the latter section.
