Defendant appeals from the judgment (order of probation) entered upon the jury’s verdict finding him guilty of presenting a fraudulent claim (Pen. Code, § 72) and of perjury (Pen. Code, § 118).

On February 29, 1972, defendant signed and subsequently submitted to the Sacramento County Assessor’s office a claim for the California homeowner’s property tax exemption on his residence in North Highlands.
