This was an action against a limited endorser of a note to recover $1,000. Judgment' was for plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
Since the decision in this case turns largely upon what was done in another case, the facts in that action will be set out here. For the sake of clarity the parties will be referred to by name. Plaintiff Lins in this case sold a farm located in Mitchell county to defendant Eads.
