STEPHAN, Judge.
John Temple sued: (1) McCaughen & Burr, Inc. (“the Dealer”); (2) Sessions Hootsell Enterprises, Inc. (“Enterprises”); and (3) Sessions Hootsell and Linda Hoot-sell, as the statutory trustees of Enterprises, seeking damages and other relief for the loss of an oil painting. The trial court: (1) dismissed some of the counts; (2) entered a default judgment on other counts; and (3) found in favor of the Dealer and against Temple on the remaining counts, as discussed, in detail, below.
