This is an action brought by appellant against appellee to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of a collision between an automobile driven by appellee and an automobile driven by appellant’s husband, while appellant was a passenger in her husband’s vehicle.

From a verdict and judgment thereon in favor of appellee, appellant has brought this appeal, assigning as error the overruling of her motion for new trial.
