Jackie L. Stockham sued the Missouri Department of Agriculture, Division of Grain Inspection and Warehousing (Grain Inspection Division); Charles Ausfahl, who is the Director of the Grain Inspection Division; and John L. Saunders, who is the Director of the Missouri Department of Agriculture (the Department); after he was laid off from his job with the Grain Inspection Division.
