MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

In order to exercise personal jurisdiction over a defendant, this Court must determine whether the defendant has a “substantial connection” with Illinois, that is, whether the defendant’s contacts connect him to Illinois in a “meaningful way.” See Walden v. Fiore, — U.S.-, 134 S.Ct. 1115, 1121, 1125, 188 L.Ed.2d 12 (2014).
