Plaintiff Jay Marshall Strabala brought this action against Defendants Qiao Zhang and Zhou Shimiao (referred to collectively as “Defendants” and individually as “Zhang” and “Zhou”)1 alleging defamation and intentional interference with his business. The parties are former partners in an architectural services firm called 2DEFINE Architecture (“2DEFINE”).
