This matter is before the court for consideration of the Report and Recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility that respondent, Barry Lenoir, be disbarred for numerous violations of disciplinary rules in connection with his representation of four clients. Lenoir has not contested the Board’s recommendation. 1 The Board recommended that the disbarment be served consecutively to an eighteen month suspension imposed by this court on January 17,1991, with the requirement that respondent prove fitness before reinstatement.
