Appellants as plaintiffs, being Trustees of Lanier Common School District No. 49, together with patrons and taxpayers of said district, brought this suit for injunction against the County Board of School Trustees of Cass County, the County •Superintendent of Schools, and the Board of Trustees of the Linden Independent School District.
