FOLLEY, Justice.
This is an appeal from a temporary injunction restraining the County Board of School Trustees of Hale County, Texas, the Hale Center Independent School District and the trustees of such district from declaring the results of an election held on December 16, 1939 and from entering any orders in connection therewith.
