This appeal is prosecuted from an interlocutory order of the judge of the district court of Bosque county dissolving a temporary injunction. Clifton Independent school district vsas incorporated as such by a special act of the Legislature. It is situated wholly within said county and has a scholastic population in excess of 250. For convenience it will tie hereinafter designated as said independent district. Terrell district was, prior to May 7, 1927, a common school district, situated wholly within said county and contiguous to said independent district, and had at that time…
