WANDA McKEE FOWLER, Justice.

Over his plea of not guilty, a jury found appellant, Gene Auther Taylor, guilty "of capital murder. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 19.03 (Vernon 1989 & Supp.1994). The jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Appellant appeals his conviction on six points of error. For three reasons, we affirm the judgment of the court below: (1) we find no egregious error in the jury charge; (2) we find no evidence that appellant is guilty only of a lesser offense of capital murder; (3) we find no error in…
