HUDSON, Judge.

Plaintiff alleges that she sustained a work-related injury on 26 October 1998. Shortly thereafter, defendants filed a Form 19, recording that a co-worker grabbed plaintiff by the arm, and spun her around, causing pain. Defendants paid plaintiffs medical bills from 26 October to 10 November 1998 while the claim was being investí- gated. Some time later that fall, plaintiff filed a Form 33 requesting a hearing and further compensation.
