MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CLARKE, District Judge.
This is a maritime case in which Plaintiff seeks recovery from Defendants for damages amounting to the total loss of the JADE CAT, a fifty-eight foot catamaran sailing vessel. Defendants are alleged to have caused this damage and total loss during the failed attempt to salvage that vessel following its grounding on October 10, 1994.
