D. J. Brown and Travis Deaton brought suit against Walter Neu-stadt and Roger Whitfield to determine their title to certain real and personal property, to enjoin defendants from further trespassing or going upon said property or removing any machinery, tools, or casing therefrom, and for damages for the removal from said premises and conversion of certain easing.
