¶ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant, R & R Engineering Co., Inc. (Employer), appeals from the district court’s order affirming the opinion of Defendant/Appellee, The Board of Review (Board) of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (Commission). The Board’s opinion determined Employer is not an interested party to the unemployment claim of Defendant, David Booth (Claimant).
