THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:

Irving Sulmeyer and Arnold Kupetz, Co-trustees in Bankruptcy for the Bubble Up Corporation, appeal the trial court’s denial of their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict in their antitrust suit against the Coca Cola Company. 1 Alternatively, they claim that the trial court erred in denying their motion for a new trial. The trial court’s rulings followed an eight week jury trial that ended with a general verdict for Coca Cola Company.
