This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Filing No. 41) filed by Defendants Robert Murray (“Murray”), Ryan Boe (“Boe”), and Lamson, Dugan & Murray, LLP (“Lamson Dugan”) (collectively “Defendants”).
