James Barr, the Trustee for Alsted Automotive Warehouse, Inc. (“Alsted”), a debtor under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. (Supp. IV 1980), commenced the instant adversary proceedings against Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) and Purolator, Inc.
