This is an action of trespass which resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars. Thereupon the plaintiff moved for a new trial upon the ground of inadequacy of the verdict. This motion was heard before the trial judge and an opinion and decree overruling the motion was handed down by Whitten, J. A petition seeking a reargument on the motion for a new trial before the court in banc was granted. On argument, all of the judges concurred in the adoption of the opinion of the trial judge and dismissed the motion.
