Cross County Bank (bank) appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas affirming a bankruptcy court2 decision holding that a certificate of deposit and a savings account opened by the debtor, Brittenum & Associates, Inc., a broker-dealer, have special reserve status and are the property of the estate in bankruptcy. In re Brittenum & Assocs., 83 B.R. 574 (E.D.Ark.1988), aff'g No. AP-86-50MSIPA (Bankr.E.D.Ark. Aug. 27, 1987).
