Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Leaman, J.), entered September 28, 1998 in Columbia County, upon a decision of the court in favor of plaintiffs.
The issue on this appeal is whether plaintiffs acquired title by adverse possession to property on which they built their house in 1977 on the belief that it was part of their abutting real property, but was in fact within a cul-de-sac over which the deed into plaintiffs conveyed an easement.
