—In an action to compel the determination of claims to real property pursuant to RPAPL article 15, the plaintiffs appeal from (1) a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.H.O.), dated April 16, 2002, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated April 22, 2002, which, after a nonjury trial, upon the decision, inter alia, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the appeal from the decision is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509 [1984]); and it is further,
