MEMORANDUM OPINION
FERNANDEZ - BADILLO, District Judge.
This ease is presently before the Court on the petition of plaintiffs to remand which was called for hearing on February 16, 1968. Statement of counsel for both parties was heard and the matter was to be submitted upon filing simultaneous memoranda. Such briefs have been filed and the Court is now duly advised in the premises.
