OPINION AND ORDER
PESQUERA, District Judge.
Plaintiffs’ employees commenced this action for the recovery of back wages in the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico on December 13, 1973, claiming that they had worked overtime for defendant employer in activities related to the hotel industry from September 14, 1964 to December 30, 1968, without having been paid the extra compensation for their services provided by law.
