COFFIN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from the dismissal of an action for a declaratory judgment under 28 U.S.C. § 2201. 1 It requires us to plot the intersection of the federal labor policy embodied in § 301 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, with the federal removal statute, 28 U.S.C. § 1441.
