Dismissing appeal.
The appellees and plaintiffs, F. M. Jones and J. G. Forester, sued G. F. Blackburn et al. in the Harlan.circuit court to recover .judgment against them for $1,413.32, the amount plaintiffs were compelled to pay as sureties for defendants. In the petition grounds of at tachment were alleged and one was obtained and it was delivered to the sheriff of the county for execution and he levied it on a lot of personal property composing a pressing outfit.
