RUBENS, Judge:
In accordance with his pleas by exceptions and substitutions, appellant was convicted of one specification of use of cocaine and one specification of distribution of cocaine, both in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 912a. The military judge sentenced appellant to confinement for four months, forfeiture of $425.00 pay per month for two months, reduction to pay grade E-l, and discharge from the Naval Service with a bad-conduct discharge.
