ROBINSON, J.

The plaintiffs, Roberta Langewisch and Irwin Langewisch, appeal from the judgment of the trial court denying their motion to open the judgment dismissing their wrongful death claim against the defendant New England Residential Services, Inc. On appeal, the plaintiffs argue that the court improperly (1) failed to set aside the judgment of dismissal, (2) found that the plaintiffs did not satisfy their burden of proof to open the judgment, (3) failed to hold an evidentiary hearing to establish the factual basis of the defendant’s claim regarding the plaintiffs’ noncompliance…
