Progressive Specialty Insurance Company (“Progressive”) issued a policy of automobile insurance to Deborah McFarland; That insurance policy provided “medpay” coverage; the policy limits of the medpay coverage were $2,000. On January 19, 2004, Nick Williams was involved in a single-vehicle automobile accident while driving McFarland’s automobile.
