Alfa Mutual Insurance Company ("Alfa") appealed to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals from a summary judgment in favor of University of South Alabama d/b/a/ University of South Alabama Medical Center Hospital ("USA"). The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded with instructions. Alfa Mut. Ins. Co. v. University of S. Alabama, 243 So.3d 264 (Ala. Civ. App. 2015) (" Alfa").
