Adams v. Texhoma Oil & Refining Co.

This suit was brought by Texhoma Oil & Refining Company against the Victor Refining Company, a joint-stock association, and various individuals, including appellant W. B. Adams, who are alleged to have been stockholders at the time the cause of action sued upon accrued.
