Appellant Hydroscience Technologies, Inc. (HTI) appeals the trial courts November 7, 2011final judgment, which incorporated three partial summary judgment orders from January 27, 2011, April 12, 2011, and June 9, 2011, in favor of appellees Hydroscience, Inc. (HSI), Whitehall Corporation (Whitehall), TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. (TIMCO), Aviation Sales Company (AVS), and Roy Rimmer.
