DECISION AND ORDER

HECKMAN, United States Magistrate Judge.

The parties have consented to have the undersigned conduct any and all further pro- eeedings in this case, including the entry of final judgment, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 686(c). Pending for decision are defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the issues of liability for product defect and breach of warranty, plaintiffs cross-motion for summary judgment on liability, and defendant’s motion for order of preclusion. Each motion will be decided in turn.
