Community Service Insurance Company appeals as of right from the trial court’s judgment on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, Allstate Insurance Company, against Community Service in the amount of $250,000 together with interest and costs.

On October 8, 1981, Jeremy Snarski, the minor son of Patricia and Anthony Snarski, was severely injured when he was struck by an automobile. Community Service, the Snarskis’ insurer, denied coverage to the Snarskis, claiming forfeiture for nonpayment of premium.
