The petitioner, Judy Lalime, appeals the decision of the New Hampshire Compensation Appeals Board (board) that her medical treatments subsequent to April 28, 1992, were not the responsibility of her former employer, K-Mart Enterprises of New *536Hampshire (respondent), and that she was not entitled to temporary partial disability payments. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand.
