THIS CAUSE came on for final eviden-tiary hearing upon several Motions for Relief from the Section 105 Stay. 1 Debtor filed its voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C.) on October 12, 1990. Debtor is a manufacturer of building products. Through the course of merger with, and acquisition of, other corporations, Debtor has been involved in a multitude of lawsuits alleging damage caused by asbestos products sold by it or its predecessors.
