ORDER ON CELOTEX CORPORATION AND FIBREBOARD’S MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

At the time of the filing of the Chapter 11 Petition in this case, there were numerous appeals in other courts emanating from adverse bodily injury judgments against the Debtor and other Co-Defendants. The Debtor filed supersedeas bonds in those appeals to protect its assets from post-judgment levy, et al. Because of the imposition of the automatic stay, the appellate cases were halted.
