This is an action in trespass to recover for injuries sustained by a pedestrian who fell on an ice and snow covered sidewalk of a property owned and occupied by the defendants. After a jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, the lower court refused the defendants’ motions for judgment n. o. v. and for a new trial aud they have taken this appeal.

In support of their motion for judgment n. o. v., the defendants contend not only that the plaintiff was contributorily negligent but that there was no proof of negligence on their part.
