COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.
Donna Brown brought claims under Title VII and the Equal Pay Act (“EPA”) against Fred’s Stores of Tennessee, Inc., (“Fred’s of Tennessee”) and its parent company, Fred’s, Inc. Brown appeals the district court’s 1 grant of summary judg ment to Fred’s, Inc., on her Title VII claim. Fred’s of Tennessee cross-appeals the district court’s denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law on the EPA claim, and the court’s ruling on liquidated damages. We affirm.
