Stanislaus County Dairymen's Protective Ass'n v. County of Stanislaus

This action, originally appealed to this court, was transferred by our order to the District Court of Appeal for the Third District. That court rendered its decision affirming the judgment of the trial court. A petition for hearing by this court after said decision was later granted. While we are in accord with the conclusion reached by the District Court of Appeal, we are not in entire agreement with said court in all that was said in said opinion.
