Plaintiffs-appellants Pennsylvania Lumbermens Insurance Corporation and American States Insurance Company (“plaintiffs”) appeal from a summary judgment rendered in favor of defendant-appellee Landmark Electric, Inc. In its decision, the trial court first granted Landmark’s motion in limine to exclude the deposition testimony of Marc Rubin, plaintiffs’ fire expert, and granted Landmark’s motion to strike Rubin’s affidavit that plaintiffs had attached to their memorandum in opposition to the motion for summary judgment.
