ORDER
SIMONS, District Judge.
This is an action to review the final decision of the defendant, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, denying claimant’s application for a period of disability and disability benefits filed pursuant to the Social Security Act, as amended. Judicial review in the form of a civil action is authorized by Section 205(g) of the Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g) which provides the scope and limits of this action.
