Ira J. Holloman, plaintiff, commenced this action on the 2nd day of October, 1916, in the district court of Oklahoma county against the Detroiter Motor Car Company, a corporation, defendant, to recover the sum of $2,526.55 for money had and received aud $2,000 damages for breach of contract. The defendant, Detroiter Motor Car Company, is a foreign Corporation organized under the laws of the state of Michigan. The plaintiff caused an order of attachment to issue and be levied upon four automobiles stored in the O. K. Storage Warehouse in Oklahoma City; warehouse receipts having been issued…
