INTRODUCTION

This action concerns Sapporo, a popular beer distributed in the United States by the Defendant, Sapporo U.S.A. Inc. Plaintiff .Antonia Bowring alleges that the Defendant has created a misleading impression, that Sapporo beer is a Japanese import, when in fact, it is produced in the United States and Canada.
