OPINION

MAY, Judge.

The estate of Ronda E. Williamson (hereinafter, "the Estate") appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Wilma Williamson (hereinafter, "Wilma") on Wilma's claim that certain real estate belonged to Wilma rather than to the Estate. On appeal; the Estate argues the trial court erred when it determined that an agreement between Wilma and Ronda was a valid defeasance of property passed from Wilma to Ronda by quitclaim deed. We affirm.
