WALSH, Justice:
In this appeal from the Superior Court, the Appellant/defendant-below, Lamont Kiser (“Kiser”), claims error with respect to the trial court’s refusal to admit certain evidence of prior misidentifieations of Kiser by law enforcement officials. Kiser also contends the trial court erred by refusing to permit his brother to be called as a witness for the purpose of demonstrating the resemblance between them.
