The plaintiffs, Littlestone Company, Julius Ostrom and Estelle H. Ostrom, commenced this suit against defendant, County of Cook, for a declaratory judgment to declare the Cook County zoning ordinance unconstitutional as it applied to their property and as it prevented their proposed special use for a planned development and for other relief as prayed. Julius and Estelle Ostrom were the owners of the subject property and Littlestone Company was the contract purchaser.
