Appellant was indicted, tried and convicted of burglary. He appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered on the jury verdict.

1. The indictment in the instant case described the premises at which the burglary occurred as follows: “Social Circle Drug Store, the property of Billy Snipes, located in the City of Social Circle, Walton County, Georgia.” By special demurrer, appellant attacked the indictment on the basis that it “fail[ed] to state the exact address of the building ... allegedly burglarized.” The trial court overruled his demurrer and appellant cites this…
